Calling all vendors of handmade crafts, independent fashion labels, preloved items, accessories, shoes and artsy fartsy people out there.

The final year undergraduates UTAR’s Graphic Design and Multimedia will be organizing a week long graduation exhibition, PRIMETIME this coming June. In line with that, there will be an Art Bazaar during the weekends and the space is now open for rent. The details are as follows:

Date : 12th & 13th June 2010 (Sat & Sun)
Time : 10am - 5pm
Venue : UTAR PJ Campus, PB Block car park (near Jaya One)
Price : RM 90 for both days!

I'm a sucker for things in nice packaging and when nice packaging meets cupcakes, there goes my ~~nonexistent~~ diet plan, the money and the tummy. Thanks to Arty for literally forcing me to get them.

Bisou cupcakes had been around for some time. I always wanted to go their cafe at the Asian Heritage Row but I just found out last week that they had moved to Bangsar Village 1. Both places are a bit out of the way for me but no fear as Bisou had landed on KLCC. Lol..

Cupcakes there are selling at 5 bucks a pop, more expensive than the ones from Wondermilk and Cupcake Chic. I was contemplating for sooooo long, walking to and away from kiosk because it was either the box of 6 (buy 5, free 1) or none. I went with the box of 6 at last and I think it was the carrier's fault!

Bisou cupcakes are less sweeter compared to the rest. I still get the toothache thingy when I take super sweet stuffs like cupcakes and doughnuts but not that bad. For some strange inexplicable reason, my vote is still on Cupcake Chic.

And no I did not gobble 5 of them which made me jelak..

My niece is a good photographer for a 5 years old. Okay, I was quite worried actually while she was holding my camera. Very heavy for a kid and I was praying that she won't dropped it.

April Fool's Day went by safely. Ryan almost had me on the FYP dateline thing but I managed to snap out of it. Ahhhhh... I almost hyperventilate and dies.

One fine day, I was drinking milk tea or some sort. Then I forgot what happened exactly but some milk tea dripped on my wallet so there were some stains. So smart alec went home and took a cloth with some olive oil to rub it away. The stain became bigger and patch became patches!

That was the story of how 3 fugly patches formed on my quite new wallet. FML

I used to think that the possibilities for Joanna Wang and Lenka to perform in Malaysia are close to zero, but then they came last year which made me really really happy. You have no idea how happy was I when I saw Joanna's poster in 1U. I swear at that moment I can just die and have no regrets. Then this year, last Saturday, Zee Avi is finally back to Malaysia to perform. Okay can die for second time.

The concert lasted for not more than 90 minutes which was really short for a concert. I'm not complaining.. really. But one thing I'm not happy is that I need to hand in my camera battery when the rest of the people go trigger happy with their compact digital camera. HELLO? So unfair. Just because their cameras are small and they can easily hide them in their bags while mine is in a camera bag. If the organizer wants to ban cameras, they should enforce it on all types of cameras and I damn smart, too smart. Though of smuggling one of my two batteries but accidentally hand in the one fully charged. Damn..

Well, lastly Kel managed to shoot a couple of pics of Zee with his zoom lens. Not a perfect shot but happy enough with that because mine come out like crap with my height and my lens focal length.

Her performance was superb. It was the same voice that came out from my speakers on a rainy day. Love her wittiness, she is such a darling and I swear I almost teared when she spoke how she misses the country.

Lol.. this is my longest post ever since my I-don't-know-when-I-stopped-doing-long-post period. Maybe I should bitch on something more and that will make me to write longer post.

Just got back from seeing my supervisor. I only manage to show her the stationary set, voucher with printing errors and two packaging which one failed. I don't have to hand in afterall since the dateline is next week. Now I'm at tappers again, contributing to their expansion plans like what Arty said. Schedule will be crazy for the rest of the weeks. I have two midterms, law and sociology, interactive presentation and proposal, FYP component two to hand in, 3K words thesis and sociology essay. Yays.. way to go yeeleng for doing things last minute. Last night, I crawled to bed at 12 ish without even realizing and I was suppose to become an alarm clock at 1am but slept till 3 ish. I woke up.. read whatsoever msn messages, close the laptop lid and continue sleeping till the 6. Where did my 'skill' to stay up late went to? =(

The biggest christmas tree (my own interpretation of christmas tree), I had ever set my eyes on is within the Convent school compound in Cameron Highlands. You might not notice, there's actually a star at the top of the tree and it is decorated with light bulbs around it. I wonder how does it look when it is all lit up =)

This is my all-time favourite bakery, Four Leaves in Sogo and the only outlet in Klang Valley. Love all their buns, pastries and cakes! I was in KL the whole afternoon and evening. I actually miss those things that I hate the most last time. The path that I took, the familiar staircase... hate those nostalgic feelings especially when they come back to haunt..

I had not had a proper post since all the project 365. I know you all are getting bored, so am I. Today, I'm going to share with some pics of Starbucks in Tanah Rata, Cameron Highland. I haven't been here for a year plus and I was really happy when I saw Starbucks there because there's nothing like a cuppa coffee/tea on cold weather. But then again, I almost shot myself for not bringing my lappy with me. Such an addict! There was nothing much to do at night. At least with my lappy, I can play Zuma (turning pro!) and watch some movies which Koonie passed to me rather than sleeping soooo early that night because my partner in crime was just a bore =p..

The outlet here is really huge! It occupies two double-storey shoplots and you wouldn't miss it.

This is the upstairs. Lots of plushy sofas around. In fact, we had the whole upstairs for ourselves. Check out the fireplace.

Sorry, couldn't resist mirrors. This is me when I still have.. hairrrrr. Okay long hair.

I never really did a post on Wondermilk and their cupcakes even though I had been there more than a couple of times. The details they put on all their designs from the menu to the interior is just amazing. There are so much to see there and everytime I'm there, I always notice something new that I didn't notice before. I used to love their cupcakes but I think I prefer Cupcake Chic since that but I still love your sandwiches.. and Big Fat Bird's sandwiches too.. Haha

Yeah yeah, missed yesterday's project 365 because I was rushing to finish a book. So here goes, bought a container to store the perler beads according to their colors. For 5 bucks (from Daiso =D), this will certainly make my life easier. I have so many pink beads left and other than a pig, I don't know what else can I do with the bright screaming pink. Mum and sis got back from their vacation today. They bought one dozen of Portuguese egg tarts for us dan selain-lain nyer which includes (ONLY!) all kinds of biscuits available there, chinese herbs, chocolates and I think that's about it. I'm talking about Macau and HK here.

Woah.. sad! Okay, egg tarts were not bad. I loveeee the pastry and not much of the egg custard, maybe it was not hot from the oven anymore that's why. Hmmm..
